The included waiting time for airport pickups is one hour. If your flight has been delayed, you still get one hour of free waiting time from when your plane has landed. Waiting time for private addresses and hotels is 15 minutes. If your free waiting time is exceeded due to long passport queues or luggage delays, we will have to charge you 10€ for every additional 15 minutes. In case you notice your waiting time will be exceeded make sure to contact your driver.

If you have made a cancellation 24h before the pickup, you will get a full refund. In case your flight has been cancelled, you will get a full refund or you can simply inform us about your new arrival time and a new flight number.

When it comes to airport pickups, the driver will wait for you at the arrival area with a nameplate. Keep in mind that the driver might contact you after you have landed to make the pickup as smooth as possible. If the pickup is scheduled at a train station or a port, you can count on our drivers who will contact you and inform you about the exact pickup spot.

Yes, we have child seats, boosters and infant carriers. Simply add in your booking what exactly do you need.

Tip is not an obligation. Of course, if you were happy with the service and the effort the driver has put in, you’re more than welcome to tip the driver if you want.
