Scope of application & defense clause

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply exclusively to all business relationships between Limo Like UG (hereinafter “Limo Like” or “Provider”) and its customers (hereinafter “Customer” or “Passenger”).

Any deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms and conditions of the Customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by Limo Like.

By using the website, making a booking, or using any service provided by Limo Like, the Customer expressly agrees to these GTC in their valid version.

Limo Like reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time with effect for the future. The version published on the website at the time of booking shall be authoritative.

When traveling internationally, passengers are solely responsible for carrying valid identification documents, visas, and any other legally required documents.

Subject matter of the contract & conclusion of the contract

Limo Like provides professional passenger transportation services, including but not limited to:

Chauffeur services

Airport transfers

Business, trade fair, and event transportation

Day trips and long-distance journeys

Sightseeing and excursion trips

Vehicle provision with driver on an hourly basis

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by Limo Like, either in writing, electronically (e.g. email, WhatsApp, online booking system), or via the website.

All offers are non-binding until confirmed. The booking confirmation constitutes a binding contract.

Limo Like is entitled to make reasonable changes to the agreed service if such changes are necessary, acceptable, and equivalent in nature.

Transportation services are carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) and the German Passenger Transportation Act (PBefG). Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions at all times.

In the event of conduct that endangers safety or order, the driver is entitled to exclude the passenger from transportation. In such cases, the full fare remains payable.

Booking, use, and procedure

Bookings may be made via telephone, email, website, or authorized partner platforms.

The Customer receives a booking confirmation containing essential details such as pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle category, price, and any additional agreed services.

The Customer is obliged to immediately check the booking confirmation and notify Limo Like without delay of any discrepancies or errors.

Prices

The price agreed upon at the time of booking shall apply.

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory value added tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise.

The agreed price generally includes standard additional costs such as parking fees and tolls. Additional services or costs (e.g. waiting time beyond free allowance, additional stops, route changes) will be charged according to the applicable price list or individual agreement.

In the event of late payment, Limo Like is entitled to charge statutory default interest as well as a reminder fee of €10.00 per reminder.

Terms of payment

Payment may be made using the following methods:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Online payment links (e.g. PayPal, SumUp)

Cash payment (only by prior agreement)

Bank transfer (primarily for corporate and partner bookings)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full invoice amount is due no later than on the day of the journey.

Cancellations & withdrawal

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and are only valid once confirmed by Limo Like.

Cancellation policy:

Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: free of charge

Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: 100% of the agreed price

For airport pickups:

If the passenger fails to appear within 60 minutes after the actual landing time and no contact can be established, the service shall be deemed rendered and charged in full.

The Customer is entitled to prove that Limo Like has incurred no damage or significantly less damage.

Waiting times

Standard pickups (hotel, private address, business location): 15 minutes free of charge

Airport pickups: 60 minutes free of charge from actual landing time

Thereafter, waiting time will be charged at €15.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof.

Flight delays are automatically taken into account provided that the correct flight number was communicated at the time of booking.

Customer obligations and conduct

Passengers must behave in accordance with traffic regulations and safety requirements and must wear seat belts where legally required.

The Customer is liable for any damage to the vehicle, equipment, or interior caused by themselves or accompanying passengers.

The driver is entitled to refuse or terminate the journey if a passenger is visibly intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Baggage

Standard luggage is included in the agreed fare within the vehicle’s capacity.

The transport of dangerous, explosive, flammable, illegal, or foul-smelling substances is strictly prohibited.

Limo Like shall not be liable for damage to or loss of luggage unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Liability

Limo Like shall be liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, Limo Like shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

Limo Like assumes no liability for third-party services arranged on behalf of the Customer (e.g. hotels, event tickets, third-party transportation providers).

Data protection

Limo Like processes personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Personal data is used solely for contract processing and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required or expressly authorized by the Customer.

All content, texts, images, logos, and design elements on the Limo Like website are protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent of Limo Like is prohibited.

Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

For disputes with merchants, legal entities, or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Munich.

For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction shall apply.

Severability clause

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original provision.
